Dr. José Alejandro Ávalos Bracho
Dr. José Alejandro Ávalos Bracho is a surgeon graduated from the UNAM Faculty of Medicine, with a specialty in General Surgery and subspecialty in Cardiothoracic Surgery, based at the National Institute of Respiratory Diseases (INER). He has international training and extensive experience in hospital coordination, clinical regulations, medical teaching, and health services management.
He was a Fellow at the University Hospital of Cali, Colombia, with medical and administrative training in trauma, as well as serving as Head of the Respiratory Emergency Care and Research Unit (2006–2008). He is a speaker at national and international congresses and an adjunct professor in medical residency programs at UNAM.
